Simple, secure, and automated onboarding using eID
Trust isn’t earned, it’s inherited. Onboard employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners with a guarantee that their digital user is tied together with a real-life person. Always.
Who are you?
In every company there is a process for onboarding new users. But instead of a manual identity check and verification, you can let users verify their own identity with a trusted eID they already use.
Once onboardet you’ll be able to prove the identity again and again, ensuring that only active and verified users have access to your valuable business resources.
Grant access to new users by onboarding in four easy steps:
Your new employee receives a notification by SMS or email to start the onboarding proces.
The notification brings the employee to the user portal, which is accessible from any device.
The employee is then prompted to use a personal eID to the confirm the identity.
Once confirmed, trust is established and the employee account is automatically activated.
Who do you trust
Some of the biggest data breaches in history have their origins in insecure user accounts. The digital identity is the new perimeter and with increased vulnerability also comes the duty to act.
Additionally, the changing business environment where those with access to IT resources include employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, and more, adds to the challenge of knowing who has access.
Companies need to make sure that the digital user account is actually used by the individual it is supposed to. The use of multifactor alone does not address this issue if the user’s identity is not verified by a trusted source.
Trusted eIDs can be issued by private companies as well as national governments. This trust is then inherited in the digital user account within the company.
Trust is the foundation
for a zero trust framework
We support a wide range of trusted eIDs across national borders. Trust isn’t earned, it’s inherited.
